Streetfishing Masters EUROPE 2026 in Oradea, Romania – REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Streetfishing Masters EUROPE 2026 (SFM 2026) is kicking off, and registration for this year’s biggest streetfishing event is officially open. This year the tournament will take place on September 5-6, 2026, in Oradea, Romania, organized by RatterBaits together with Street Fishing Romania.

Same rules, same format and a stunning prize fund this year - €20,000 total cash prize pool, €10,000 in cash for the champions.

Registration is open until August 19 or until all spots are taken. Maximum 50 teams (2 anglers per team).

The main task for competitors will be to catch the key target species, with scoring based on the following format:

• The 5 largest perch

• The 2 largest chub

• The 2 largest pike

• The 3 largest other fish

Oradea is one of the most beautiful historic cities in Romania, known for its Art Nouveau architecture and the scenic Crișul Repede River running through the city center. The river offers diverse urban fishing conditions with clear flowing water, natural structure, and strong populations of predatory fish, making it an ideal venue for high-level streetfishing competition.

Last year in Zwolle, the victory went to Gunki Belgium (Ivo Crabbe / Steve Adam), who took home the €10,000 cash prize after two days of very tight competition.
